Michael has been in the Healthcare Recruiting and Healthcare I.T. industry for a combined 20 years. His past experience as a recruiter for a major healthcare organization allowed him to quickly expand his knowledge, skills, and experiences needed in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates. Even early on in his career, his friendly and open personality made him a go-to among his peers when it came to recommendations on candidates for their respective companies. It is with this same enthusiasm to be of help that he serves GreatFit Talent Recruitment’s clients in their recruiting and staffing needs.

Karla had been in the field of Education for nearly 20 years. Her passion for helping others with their personal growth and the development of their full potential has led her to form a keen sense of people’s strengths and areas for improvement. Karla is able to identify what roles suit each individual and thus, form teams composed of people who complement each other. Together, they are able to complete a project successfully and meet their targets seamlessly.
Her experiences have allowed her to bring fresh insight into recruiting.
